Manual review

Manual Review and Scope Estimates

Learn when Grenbee may need a human review before final pricing, scheduling, or checkout.

Manual review protects the customer and the service team when the online form needs more context than a normal booking.

Not every job is instant checkout

Some jobs need photos, measurements, access notes, or staffing review before scheduling is confirmed.

Examples are clear

Above-fireplace TVs, heavy wall items, commercial cleaning, overgrown yards, and mixed-scope work may need review.

Estimates can change

If the real conditions differ from the submitted details, price, timing, or service path may need approval.

1. Why manual review happens

Some jobs need a person to confirm scope, staffing, materials, access, safety, or photos before Grenbee can schedule confidently. Manual review is not a rejection; it is the safer path when the job is outside a standard checkout path.

2. Common examples

Manual review may apply to large TVs requiring extra staff, above-fireplace installs, in-wall concealment with power considerations, brick or tile work, very heavy wall items, commercial cleaning, overgrown yards, unusually stained surfaces, mixed TV and wall-item projects, or any request where photos or details are needed first.

3. Estimates can change

Online estimates depend on the information provided. If the real site conditions, item size, quantity, materials, access, or requested scope differ materially from what was submitted, Grenbee may update the estimate, timing, or required service path before work continues.

4. Added scope approval

If added scope is discovered before or during a visit, Grenbee should explain the change and obtain customer approval before performing work that materially changes price or timing.

5. What customers should send

Useful review details include the service address, photos, measurements, wall or surface material, access notes, preferred timing, and a clear description of the issue or project.
