About Grenbee

What Grenbee does

What is Grenbee?

Grenbee helps customers choose a home service, answer the details that affect scope, and book through one guided checkout.

How does Grenbee work?

Choose a service, enter the details, confirm coverage and availability, and complete the booking through a guided checkout. Grenbee coordinates the booking experience and support path.

Who performs the service?

Services may be completed by Grenbee crews or approved service partners depending on the job, coverage, and schedule. Grenbee remains the coordination and support point for the booking.

Is Grenbee a marketplace or a service company?

Grenbee is positioned as a coordinated home-services booking experience, not a generic provider directory. The goal is a clearer path from service selection to support if something needs review.

Booking & coverage

Before you schedule

How do I book?

Start with the service you need, answer the questions that affect scope and pricing, choose an available date and arrival window, then review the summary before secure checkout.

Do you serve my area?

Grenbee shows current public coverage on the service areas page, and the booking flow confirms the exact address before checkout.

Does seeing my city or ZIP guarantee coverage?

No. Public area information is a helpful guide, but final coverage is confirmed with the full service address during booking. Coverage can change over time.

What if my address is close to the service area?

Use the booking flow with the full address. Grenbee will verify coverage before checkout so you do not have to guess.

Pricing & checkout

Estimates and payment

Will I see the price before I pay?

Yes. The booking flow shows the current total or amount due today before secure checkout. The total updates as you choose options, quantities, add-ons, timing, or recurrence.

Why does Grenbee ask so many questions?

The questions are meant to reduce surprise pricing and back-and-forth. Each one should help with scope, timing, availability, staffing, or preparation.

Can the price change after booking?

It can if the real job differs materially from the details submitted during booking. Grenbee should confirm material added scope before performing work that changes price or timing.

What happens if the job needs manual review?

The request is routed to contact or manual review before normal scheduling or checkout. Grenbee may ask for photos, access notes, measurements, or a clearer description before confirming the next step.

Changes and cancellations

Rescheduling, no-shows, and Grenbee changes

Can I cancel my booking?

Most one-time bookings can be cancelled without a cancellation fee at least 24 hours before the arrival window. Late cancellation, same-day cancellation, or no-access situations may incur a fee.

Can I reschedule?

Eligible bookings can be rescheduled when timing and availability allow. Requests made at least 24 hours before the visit are usually the cleanest path.

What if I am not home or the team cannot access the property?

If the team cannot access the property, cannot reach you, or cannot safely begin work, the visit may be treated as no-show or no-access and a visit fee may apply.

What if Grenbee needs to change my booking?

Grenbee may need to adjust a booking because of staffing, weather, safety, access, coverage, or scope review. If that happens, Grenbee will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available options.

Service issues & support

If something needs review

What if something went wrong with the service?

Contact Grenbee as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Include clear photos when relevant so the issue can be reviewed quickly.

Can Grenbee send someone back?

After review, Grenbee may offer a touch-up, return visit, service credit, partial refund, or another practical resolution depending on the booked scope and the issue reported.

How do I contact support?

Use the contact page for service updates, invoices, photos, manual review, or service issues that need help from a person.

Recurring services

Repeat cleaning and lawn care

Which services can be booked recurring?

Recurring options are intended for repeatable services such as Home Cleaning and Lawn Mowing & Trimming. TV Installation, Wall Installation, Furniture Assembly, and most Pressure Washing jobs are treated as one-time projects.

Can I pause or skip recurring service?

Recurring visits may be paused, skipped, or changed when requested with enough notice and when the schedule allows. Late skips may affect fees, discounts, or schedule priority.

How do recurring discounts work?

Recurring discounts apply only while the recurring plan remains active and eligible. Future charges require customer authorization before checkout.

Service-specific FAQs

Common service questions

What is the difference between TV installation and wall installation?

TV installation is for mounting and setting up a television, including mount status, wall type, height, cable management, and soundbar options. Wall installation is for shelves, mirrors, curtain rods, art, boards, and other wall-mounted items.

Can you hide TV wires?

Cable management options depend on the wall, wire path, and whether power work is involved. In-wall concealment or complex conditions may require review before final scheduling.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

The booking flow asks about supplies so the visit can be scoped clearly. If there are special product preferences or access instructions, add them in notes.

What if weather affects lawn or outdoor work?

Outdoor work may need to move because of weather, safety, or surface conditions. Grenbee will offer the next practical scheduling option when that happens.
