Recurring service is only emphasized where it makes operational sense for Grenbee: repeatable home cleaning and lawn care.
Built for repeatable work
Recurring options are mainly for Home Cleaning and Lawn Mowing & Trimming.
Frequency affects scheduling
Weekly, biweekly, and monthly options depend on service, coverage, staffing, and availability.
Changes need notice
Skips, pauses, and frequency changes should be requested before the next visit is close.
1. Eligible services
Recurring options are intended for services that naturally repeat, especially Home Cleaning and Lawn Mowing & Trimming. TV Installation, Wall Installation, Furniture Assembly, and most Pressure Washing jobs are treated as one-time projects unless Grenbee later creates a specific seasonal or maintenance plan.
2. Frequencies
Available recurring frequencies may include weekly, biweekly, or monthly service depending on the service, coverage, staffing, and current booking configuration.
3. Future charges and authorization
Recurring bookings require authorization for automatic future charges at the selected frequency. Customers should review the recurrence disclosure before checkout and keep payment information current.
4. Pausing, skipping, and changing frequency
Customers may request to pause, skip the next visit, reactivate, or change frequency when timing and availability allow. Requests should be made with enough notice, ideally at least 24 hours before the next arrival window.
5. Late skips and repeated changes
Late skips, repeated last-minute changes, or no-access visits may affect discounts, schedule priority, or the fee for that visit because recurring slots are reserved in advance.
6. Weather and service constraints
Outdoor recurring work may need to move because of weather, safety, yard condition, equipment, or staffing. Grenbee will offer the next practical scheduling option when that happens.
