Service Guarantee

See how Grenbee reviews service issues and what resolution options may be available.

If something needs review after a visit, this policy explains how to contact Grenbee and what resolution options may be available.

Report quickly

Contact Grenbee as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours, while details are still clear.

Photos help

Clear photos make it easier to review missed areas, installation concerns, access issues, or damage concerns.

Resolution depends on scope

Grenbee reviews the booked scope, timing, evidence, and service type before choosing the next step.

1. Report issues quickly

If something seems wrong with a completed service, customers should contact Grenbee as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of the visit. Fast reporting helps Grenbee review the issue while details are still clear.

2. Photos help the review

For quality concerns, missed areas, wall or installation issues, property access concerns, or possible damage, customers should include clear photos when relevant. Photos help Grenbee understand what happened and choose the right next step.

3. Possible resolutions

After review, Grenbee may offer a correction visit, touch-up, return visit, service credit, partial refund, or another practical remedy. The resolution depends on the booked scope, timing, service type, evidence, and what can reasonably be corrected.

4. What is not automatically covered

Grenbee may not cover issues caused by services outside the booked scope, pre-existing conditions, hidden site conditions, unsafe or inaccessible areas, customer-supplied hardware problems, changes requested after arrival without approval, or issues reported too late to reasonably verify.

5. No unlimited guarantee

Grenbee aims to be fair and responsive, but the guarantee is limited to reviewed service issues. It does not guarantee that every concern results in a full refund or unlimited return visits.
